Shipping & Returns



We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.

Orders placed before 4pm Melbourne Time will be posted the same day and will be supplied with a tracking number issued the same day.

All our purchases request a Signature on Delivery so if you opt to have it any other way, (ie left at address without signing) we cannot guarantee the delivery and cannot refund, exchange or assist in recovery of the parcel. We ship our orders on the same day (except weekends) and send a tracking number the same day.

Some Orders cannot be shipped overnight to remote parts of Australia. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Remote Country Towns in Australia. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and We will send you a tracking number the same day of your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.

(Outside Capital Cities may take 5-6 working days)

Express Post within 24 hours *Ex Melbourne

(Outside Major Cities within 48 hours Remote areas may take 3 working days) Note:  Western Australia, Northern Territory and Remote Parts of Australia including North Queensland cannot be guarantee overnight delivery.

Returns Policy 

We will only refund your purchase if the product is faulty.
The product must not be worn or misused while in your care.
All products must be returned in the same condition and not have any marks ie presence of perfume or deodorant.
The product must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy: 

If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

As a rule, We will only exchange the same product for a different size.
We understand that you may have the wrong size ordered.
We require you to send your Item back in perfect condition ALONG With an enclosed Australian Express Post Bag or Australian Parcel Post Bag within 7 working days to:

Please note: Your exchange will not be sent until we receive the original item back in perfect condition and we have a paid satchel enclosed to resend you another size. You will be responsible for postage both ways. 

Conditions of Exchange: 

The customer must contacts us within 7 days of receiving their purchase including their order number and reason for exchange i.e need a different size.
Exchanges will not be accepted outside of this time frame. 

The item has not been worn.
The item is in the same condition as it was sent by us.
The item has no marks ie presence of perfume or deodorant.
The customer is responsible for paying return postage both ways.
Please make sure you include your details on the back of the parcel as a reference.
